Upon purchase, mediaXtreme LLC grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SMS LocalBlast on a single domain. This license allows one installation for personal or commercial use by a single owner.
You may install and operate the platform on one server/domain, send messages through your own phone devices, modify source code for your own installation (White Label), and use the platform for lawful communication purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code; operate as a multi-tenant SaaS; use for spam, fraud, or illegal activity; circumvent the licensing system; or send messages violating TCPA, GDPR, or local laws.
All prices are in USD. The Platform License is a one-time payment granting perpetual access. VPS hosting is billed monthly. Installation is a one-time service fee. All payments are processed securely via PayPal.
Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to source code upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after license delivery. Our support team will help resolve technical issues during your active support period.
Each license includes 6 months of technical support from purchase date. Support includes bug fixes, installation assistance, and configuration help. It does not include custom development, third-party API troubleshooting, or server admin beyond initial setup.
The platform includes a built-in auto-updater. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include security patches, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Major version upgrades may require additional purchase.
SMS LocalBlast is provided "as is" without warranty. mediaXtreme LLC is not liable for damages arising from use, including carrier bans, delivery failures, data loss, or business interruption. You are responsible for complying with all applicable telecommunications laws.
We reserve the right to revoke any license if terms are violated, including unauthorized redistribution, illegal use, or damaging activities. Revoked licenses are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
