SMS LocalBlast is a digital software product. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the full platform source code and all included features. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods and the inability to "return" source code once accessed, all sales are considered final.
Once your license key has been delivered and the platform source code has been made available to you, no refunds will be issued. This applies to the Platform License, Installation service (once work has commenced), and VPS hosting (for any month already provisioned).
If you experience technical issues with the platform, our support team will work with you to resolve them during your 6-month support period. Technical difficulties are not grounds for a refund as long as the software functions as described. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any bugs or configuration issues.
VPS hosting is billed monthly. You may cancel your VPS subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Installation service fee is non-refundable once our team has begun work on your server. If installation cannot be completed due to server incompatibility or access issues on your end, we will provide guidance but cannot issue a refund for time already spent.
SMS LocalBlast is a BYO-API platform. Any charges incurred from third-party services (Telnyx, OpenAI, etc.) are between you and those providers. We have no control over and cannot refund third-party charges.
If you file a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your license will be immediately revoked. We encourage you to reach out to our support team before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
