When you purchase or use SMS LocalBlast, we may collect: name, email address, billing information, domain name, technical data (IP address, browser type, device information), and usage data related to platform features.
We use collected information to process license purchases, provide technical support, verify license authenticity, improve our platform, and communicate important updates and security notices.
All data transmitted between your installation and our licensing server is encrypted using TLS 1.3. We do not store the content of SMS messages sent through your platform. Your campaign data, contacts, and message content remain exclusively on your own server infrastructure.
SMS LocalBlast integrates with third-party APIs (Telnyx for phone verification, OpenAI for AI generation, PayPal for payments) that have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
We retain your purchase and license information for the duration of your license plus 12 months. Support communications are retained for 6 months after your support period expires. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and opt out of non-essential communications.
Our landing page and order form use minimal cookies for session management and payment processing. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
